Juan "Chanito" Mansilla has been a cartech for over twenty years.  He was a fabricator of high performance parts for the Nissan 280 and 300 ZX.  He draws on experience from the historic IMSA gtu cars in the early 90s.  His enjoyment of scooters has led him into the design and fabrication of high performance parts for this expanding niche market.
